Olivia sold me my second house. She really takes time for her clients. She follows up and goes to bat for the wants I have! She went out of her way a few times to listen to me when I was upset over things that went wrong. Olivia did try her best every time where she could. We even used Ranlife's lender and Olivia even chatted with the lender when things went awry. My dad assisted throughout the way as well. He does own property and was impressed by Olivia. His previous realtors did not advocate for him and did not attend all the showings as Olivia did. Olivia is now the family realtor! I will recommend her to anyone I hear is looking for a realtor because I am so grateful I had her by my side! I will definitely be coming to her again in the future. To top it off, I had mentioned I was buying a house to get a dog! When I closed, she gifted a house warming crate that had dog supplies! I'm so impressed she remembered the dog comment!!
