This month we finished adding the history behind those pins, and the map now holds nearly 250 check-ins going back to April 2017. Together they tell a simple story about where Olivia Pelton works and what she knows.
The Numbers Behind the Map
Since 2017, Olivia has helped buyers and sellers close on more than 150 homes across the Wasatch Front. Those sales range from first condos in Orem to single-family homes in Draper, multi-unit properties, and even a 120-acre parcel of land. The check-ins on the map include those closings plus the showings and walkthroughs that came before them.

- Salt Lake City — 21 check-ins. Condos and townhomes near downtown, older bungalows, and first-time buyers stepping into the city.
- Saratoga Springs — 21 check-ins. Newer construction, single-level condos, and lake-view neighborhoods along Utah Lake.
- West Jordan — 20 check-ins. Established subdivisions with yards, a steady favorite for growing families.
- Lehi — 16 check-ins. Olivia’s home base, close to the Silicon Slopes employers that bring so many buyers to Utah County.
- Orem — 15 check-ins. Entry-level condos, multi-unit properties, and homes near UVU.
- Draper — 15 check-ins. Foothill neighborhoods and move-up homes at the point of the mountain.
