Olivia sold me my second house. She really takes time for her clients. She follows up and goes to bat for the wants I have! For starters, when I first contacted her, she was AT DISNEYWORLD on vacation. She answered all my questions while she was enjoying a day with her son. I was very impressed that she was willing to do that! From then on, she would promptly reply to any text I sent, day or night. I was very happy to almost instantly get a reply! She made the transition to closing very smooth and assured that any questions I had, as a new time home buyer, were valid. We even used Ranlife's lender and Olivia even chatted with the lender when things went awry. My dad assisted throughout the way as well. He does own property and was impressed by Olivia. His previous realtors did not advocate for him and did not attend all the showings as Olivia did. Olivia is now the family realtor! To top it off, I had mentioned I was buying a house to get a dog! When I closed, she gifted a house warming crate that had dog supplies!
