Olivia sold me my second house. She really takes time for her clients. She follows up and goes to bat for the wants I have! For starters, when I first contacted her, she was AT DISNEYWORLD on vacation. She answered all my questions while she was enjoying a day with her son. I was very impressed that she was willing to do that! From then on, she would promptly reply to any text I sent, day or night. I was very happy to almost instantly get a reply! She made the transition to closing very smooth and assured that any questions I had, as a new time home buyer, were valid. She even brought up points that I had forgotten when I sat down with the buyer. I was so glad I had her by my side to assist in the process. I bought a new construction home and she showed up to EVERY meeting. The reps of Woodside were surprised she came because apparently, realtors don't typically go to those. I am so thankful she did. She pointed out flaws that I did not catch. During the final walkthrough, she truly advocated for me and my concerns. She ensured my concerns were valid and that the builders heard them. She went out of her way a few times to listen to me when I was upset over things that went wrong. Olivia did try her best every time where she could. We even used Ranlife's lender and Olivia even chatted with the lender when things went awry. My dad assisted throughout the way as well. He does own property and was impressed by Olivia. His previous realtors did not advocate for him and did not attend all the showings as Olivia did. Olivia is now the family realtor! I will recommend her to anyone I hear is looking for a realtor because I am so grateful I had her by my side! I will definitely be coming to her again in the future. To top it off, I had mentioned I was buying a house to get a dog! When I closed, she gifted a house warming crate that had dog supplies!
