If modern farmhouse or cottage-core style make your heart beat a little faster, then this is the home for you! It is endearing and charming, not to mention functional! (That is the benefit of buying where foliage has grown for forty years). There is nowhere else like it. It enhances our strolls to be surrounded by the beauty of a stream, a pond, and sidewalks thru the entire complex. The swimming pool has great appeal, both for exercise and enticing our kids and grands to visit. We have many happy memories there. Our patio was recently upgraded with flagstone, and a decorative fountain that remains here. Honestly, this place is near perfection, but our circumstances dictate a move across the country.
