Lehi sits at the north end of Utah Valley, where Utah County meets Salt Lake County at the Point of the Mountain. Where Is Lehi, Utah?

Lehi lies along I-15 between Draper to the north and American Fork to the south, with Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain to the west. Pioneer Crossing and SR-92 carry traffic east and west, and FrontRunner commuter rail stops in Lehi on its way between Salt Lake City and Provo. The Traverse Mountains rise on the north side of the city, and American Fork Canyon is a short drive east.

History of Lehi

Pioneers settled along Dry Creek in 1850, and Lehi was incorporated on February 5, 1852, making it one of the oldest cities in Utah. For more than a century it was a farming and sugar-beet town. Its downtown is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Lehi Main Street Historic District, and the Lehi Roller Mills, still standing near Main Street, appeared in the 1984 movie Footloose. The tech boom of the 2000s, led by Adobe, Ancestry and others, turned Lehi into the center of Silicon Slopes.
