She also went above and beyond helping me with securing the best price in having the water heater & HVAC inspection done❗️ She offered on many occasions to help me complete any task in my home to prepare for the sell. From the very beginning, she was efficient, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us find the right home. Not only did Olivia help us find exactly what we were looking for, but she continued to check in with us from time to time to see if there was anything else she could help with. She consistently went above and beyond in ways I had never experienced with a realtor before. During our home tours, Olivia would ask thoughtful questions of the contractors and builders that we would never have thought to ask ourselves. I love doing business with Olivia because I know that she’s as invested in my happiness as I am. I highly recommend working with Olivia! I’ve referred some peers to her and they are also happy with her! Olivia is fantastic! A friend recommended her and I do not regret it. For starters, when I first contacted her, she was AT DISNEYWORLD on vacation. She answered all my questions while she was enjoying a day with her son. I was very impressed that she was willing to do that! From then on, she would promptly reply to any text I sent, day or night. I was very happy to almost instantly get a reply! She made the transition to closing very smooth and assured that any questions I had, as a new time home buyer, were valid. She even brought up points that I had forgotten when I sat down with the buyer. I was so glad I had her by my side to assist in the process. I bought a new construction home and she showed up to EVERY meeting. The reps of Woodside were surprised she came because apparently, realtors don't typically go to those. I am so thankful she did. She pointed out flaws that I did not catch.  During the final walkthrough, she truly advocated for me and my concerns. She ensured my concerns were valid and that the builders heard them. She went out of her way a few times to listen to me when I was upset over things that went wrong. Olivia did try her best every time where she could. We even used Ranlife's lender and Olivia even chatted with the lender when things went awry. My dad assisted throughout the way as well. He does own property and was impressed by Olivia. His previous realtors did not advocate for him and did not attend all the showings as Olivia did. Olivia is now the family realtor! I will recommend her to anyone I hear is looking for a realtor because I am so grateful I had her by my side! I will definitely be coming to her again in the future. To top it off, I had mentioned I was buying a house to get a dog! When I closed, she gifted a house warming crate that had dog supplies! I'm so impressed she remembered the dog comment!!

My wife and I had been looking for a home for several years, serious to semi-serious looking. Once we had our first meet, not only did we find a home, but her professionalism, her attitude and direction, her awesome personality and sense of humor, made this experience far better. I loved loved loved how she provided us with what we asked for. Too many time did I tell other Realtors that we had a specific pay range, yet still got home listings 300k-600k more than we could ever afford. Not with Olivia. Call her, call her yesterday! She works hard, be honest with her and she will get you into the home you were meant to be in like she did for us! We still look at our home and feel so grateful to be in it, then we text her and tell her! I highly recommend Olivia, and thanks again for our wonderful home!
