She went out of her way a few times to listen to me when I was upset over things that went wrong. Olivia did try her best every time where she could. We even used Ranlife's lender and Olivia even chatted with the lender when things went awry. My dad assisted throughout the way as well. He does own property and was impressed by Olivia. His previous realtors did not advocate for him and did not attend all the showings as Olivia did. Olivia is now the family realtor!
