Olivia sold me my second house. She really takes time for her clients. She follows up and goes to bat for the wants I have! For starters, when I first contacted her, she was AT DISNEYWORLD on vacation. She answered all my questions while she was enjoying a day with her son. I was very impressed that she was willing to do that! From then on, she would promptly reply to any text I sent, day or night. I was very happy to almost instantly get a reply! She made the transition to closing very smooth and assured that any questions I had, as a new time home buyer, were valid.
